This is the second in our series on the FLSA overtime rules and communication strategies.  Again we welcome Mary Schafer and Sushma Tripathi from ADP as they will present more information on this timely topic.

They will discuss having a strong communications strategy in place is critical for driving awareness and understanding, building buy-in, educating stakeholders and helping to drive desired actions.

Having a strong change management and communications strategy in place is particularly critical when communicating sensitive topics like: pay frequency changes, compliance / eligibility requirements, FMLA or FLSA changes. Developing and delivering this kind of information requires a plan as well as thoughtfully prepared communications deliverables.

In this session, Mary and Sushma will discuss:

  • The role of communications as a critical success factor in managing change across your organization

  • Actionable advice on how to build and execute engaging communications

  • A real-life case study on pay frequency changes as well as creative concepts developed for clients
