Meetings
The GAPP holds 11 meetings a year (no meeting in Octrober) and presents timely topics for our profession such as current and future legislation, technology, compensation and fringe benefits.  Speakers include representatives from government agencies in addition to subject matter experts.

One Day Seminars
Each year the GAPP holds an annual workshop in conjunction with celebrating National Payroll Week and this event presents numerous speakers and topics and the chance to earn multiple Recertification Credit Hours and is a great networking opportunity.

FPC/CPP Study Groups
For members wanting to sit for either the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exams, we offer two study groups, facilitated by our members who are Certified Payroll Professionals, to help candidates prepare for the exams.

Recertification Credit Hours
Our meetings, events, and study groups offer opportunities for those who hold either the FPC or CPP designations to earn valuable Recertification Credit Hours (RCH's).

Reduced Fees For Meetings and Events
Members are entitled to discounted registration fees for all meeting, seminars, and events

Networking Opportunities
Membership in the GAPP and attendance at our meetings and events is a great way to meet other payroll professionals in the area, share ideas and past experiences, discuss current issues, and make new friends.

Job Opportunities
We offer a free job bank where anyone can post a job (subject to approval) which can be a good resource whether you are seeking talent or are looking for a new opportunity.

Community Service Projects
Get involved with other chapter members in giving back to our community for worthy causes such as the Food Bank and our annual  Back To School Supply Drive.
